I love creating mixed media paintings by using texture, handmade papers, writing, vintage photos, lots of layering and scratching of surfaces. I became inspired by letters from WWII that my great grandfather wrote to his wife, my great grandmother, through the years. I use many of these photocopied letters in my paintings.
